Digital Tools and Resources
I design digital learning tools that teams actually use. This work focuses on how learning systems are structured, managed, and connected to operations so training adoption is sustained, visible, and meaningful at scale.
Learning Management System (LMS) Architecture and Management
Intentional LMS design and management focused on clarity, consistency, and sustained use.
My approach to LMS design is rooted in usability, trust, and operational reality. If a team member can’t find what they need within three clicks or thirty seconds, the system has already failed. I focus on building LMS environments that are intuitive, role-based, and aligned to how teams actually work, not how systems are typically organized. Through intentional architecture, clear governance, and continuous iteration, these systems have achieved peak engagement rates of 98 percent on required modules. Custom reporting and dashboards provide real-time training insight, enabling leaders to track adoption, identify gaps, and respond quickly, ensuring learning remains visible, actionable, and connected to performance
